At PLUNJ Boise, our cold plunge pool is maintained between 45–50°F and spacious enough to accommodate up to four people at a time. After your time in the sauna, stepping into the cold water is where the magic of contrast therapy happens. Most guests spend anywhere from 30 seconds to 5 minutes in the plunge, letting the cold work to reduce inflammation, boost circulation, and elevate mood.
