PLUNJ is a contrast therapy studio where we have one goal: to help you feel better.
"As someone who learned "how to sauna" from the Finns in Helsinki, I can say that this is one of the closest experiences I've had to the genuine article in the States. Friendly staff. Well-designed space, with clear Nordic touches. Clean, well-appointed changing rooms."

PLUNJ is a Nordic-inspired wellness space dedicated to contrast therapy, where we guide guests through alternating cycles of heat and cold exposure rooted in Scandinavian tradition. Our regimen is simple yet effective: heat in the sauna, a plunge into cold water, rest for recovery, and repeat. We've designed PLUNJ to balance luxury with practicality, creating a welcoming communal space where people can feel their best. At the end of the day, our goal is simple—to help you feel better than when you walked in.

PLUNJ is built on three core principles: cleanliness, community, and accessibility. We hold our facility to the highest standards so you never have to think twice about the space you are recovering in. We have cultivated a community where everyone, from first-timers to regulars, feels like they belong. And we have made sure that a premium experience is one that is open and accessible to all. Together, these principles are what make PLUNJ worth coming back to.

Cold water immersion has been practiced for centuries across cultures around the world. The reason it has stuck around is simple — it works, and the benefits are hard to ignore.
The sauna has been a cornerstone of Nordic wellness culture for generations, and the reasons are obvious once you experience it.
Contrast therapy does more than just reduce inflammation — the physical, mental, and social benefits go far beyond what you might expect.
At PLUNJ, wellness isn't a solitary journey. Our bathhouse is designed as a communal space where like-minded individuals gather to support one another in their pursuit of feeling and performing their best. Whether you're striking up a conversation in the rest area, sharing the sauna, or simply being present alongside others going through the same ritual, you'll find connection naturally. We believe that the best wellness practices are ones you don't do alone, and at PLUNJ, you'll discover a community of people committed to their health who understand the power of taking care of yourself—together.
