Springtime at PLUNJ
By saltlake · March 20, 2026
Springtime should be welcomed with a PLUNJ.
The spring equinox is one of the two points in the year when day and night are approximately equal in length, all over the world.
It marks spring in the Northern Hemisphere and autumn in the Southern Hemisphere. Nearly every (populated) place on Earth will experience roughly 12 hours of daylight and 12 hours of night.
What an analogy for experiencing the benefits of hot and cold at PLUNJ!
While we wouldn’t recommend 50% sauna, 50% plunge… more than 5,000 unique visitors to PLUNJ Salt Lake have experienced how a little bit of heat, and a little bit of cold produces those feelings of renewal, springtime all year long.
Plus, as Spring arrives, it transforms the lighting in our studios. Especially for your early risers! You’re love entering when dark out, running through your wellness routine as the hues become progressively brighter.
Checkout out the image of the sunlight producing a live imprint of the tress on the glass wall. It’s spectacular!
