VIP Program Terms

These terms cover the PLUNJ Salt Lake VIP program, run by Dunk Utah, LLC DBA PLUNJ Salt Lake ("PLUNJ Salt Lake", "we", "us"). The Creator Content Release you sign is the agreement between you and PLUNJ Salt Lake. If anything here differs from your signed release, the release wins.

The program

  • The program is for creators we invite who are 18 or older. Taking part starts when you sign the content release.
  • You get a free 60 minute session, and you can bring one guest on that first visit. Posting your reel unlocks a second free session, just for you.
  • You post one reel to your own public account within 7 days of your visit, add @plunj_saltlake as a collaborator (or tag it on TikTok), and keep the post up for at least 12 months.
  • Every post says the session was free. "Thanks to PLUNJ for the free session", or #ad, goes on screen in the first few seconds and first in your caption. If you talk in your reel, you say it out loud too.
  • The program, your booking codes and the code for your followers are for PLUNJ Salt Lake only, at 51 W Utopia Ave in South Salt Lake.
  • Your opinion is your own. Your sessions never depend on what you say about PLUNJ.
  • You keep ownership of everything you make. Your signed release gives PLUNJ a license to reuse it, including in ads.
  • You and your guest complete the PLUNJ waiver and health screening before you go in, and PLUNJ Salt Lake's usual booking terms apply to your visits.

Dunk Utah, LLC DBA PLUNJ Salt Lake SMS Program

When you sign up on the creator page, you can choose to receive two kinds of text message from us, each with its own optional box. Booking texts are non-marketing messages about your creator collab booking, including your booking code, confirmations and reminders. Collab invitation texts are marketing messages about invitations to future creator collabs, special offers and updates. Neither box is ticked for you, and you do not need to opt in to texts to take part.

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

You can opt out at any time by texting STOP. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
