The Gatherer Program

What PLUNJ Provides

• A "Gatherer" invites guests to join a specific, discounted "Gathering" session that's hosted once a week, or once every two weeks, for a discounted rate ($25, 30% off).
• A standing session, same day and time each week or every other week, Monday through Friday, starting before 3:30p.
• A public title for your session, chosen together with us and published in our booking system.
• Your guests book at $25 per person, 30% off our $35 walk-in rate.
• A Gatherer Pass covering your own attendance at no charge.
• Invite materials to share with your group.

What it is not

It is not a private session. Your Gathering stays open to public booking. Seats are first come, first served. Your own seat is reserved; your guests' seats are not. If your group wants exclusive use of the room, ask us about a private group buyout instead.

It is not a job. Gatherers are not employees, contractors, agents or representatives of PLUNJ Salt Lake. You are not paid, and you do not earn commission, revenue share or referral fees.

It is not a membership. The Gatherer Pass is for your specific Gathering sessions only. It does not grant access to other Gatherer sessions, general access, member bonus sessions, or any other membership privileges.

The Session

Sessions cap at 10 people total, including you. Your Gathering runs on our published schedule and follows the same rules as every other session: guests arrive 10 to 15 minutes early, complete our standard waiver before their first visit, and follow posted studio and safety guidelines.

You keep your standing slot as long as the Gathering is being used. We ask that your Gathering average at least four guests across any four consecutive sessions. Two consecutive sessions with no guests will release the slot back to the schedule. We will always talk to you before releasing a slot.

Your 60 days

The Gatherer Pass runs 60 days from approval. It includes 8 session credits for weekly Gatherers or 4 for every-other-week Gatherers. Credits are for your attendance at your own Gathering only, are not transferable, and do not roll over. You commit to being present at each of your Gatherings during the trial. At the end of 60 days, PLUNJ Salt Lake decides whether your Gathering becomes a standing session. We will tell you either way.

Conduct

As a Gatherer you agree to:

• Treat hosts, guests and other members with respect, and follow staff direction.
• Not present yourself as speaking for PLUNJ, and not make claims about health outcomes, treatment or medical benefits of sauna or cold plunge to your guests or in your invitations.
• Not use your Gathering to sell, solicit, recruit or promote another business, product, service or organization without our written permission.
• Not bring outside food, alcohol or other substances into the studio.
• Ensure every guest is 18 or older, or accompanied by their parent or legal guardian in accordance with our standard policy.
• Not photograph or record other guests without their permission.

Safety and health

Sauna and cold plunge are physically demanding. Every guest is responsible for their own participation, must complete our standard waiver, and should consult their own physician about whether contrast therapy is appropriate for them. As a Gatherer you are not responsible for your guests' health decisions, and you should not advise them on those decisions. Nothing about this program makes you responsible for supervising, monitoring or assisting your guests.

Marketing and likeness

We may use your Gathering's public title and schedule in our booking system, on our website and in our communications. Our standard guest waiver governs photography and content at the studio.

Changes and ending the program

We may change these terms, the guest rate, the session cap, available times or the structure of the program at any time. We will give you notice before a change affects your Gathering. Either of us may end your participation at any time, for any reason, with notice. We may end it immediately if conduct, safety or studio policy is at issue.

The legal part

Participation is at your own risk and your guests' own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by Utah law, Dunk Utah, LLC d/b/a PLUNJ Salt Lake and its owners, employees and affiliates are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your participation as a Gatherer or your guests' participation in a Gathering, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your own conduct as a Gatherer, including any statement you make about PLUNJ or about sauna and cold plunge to your guests.

This program is governed by Utah law. Our standard Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy apply to all visits and continue to apply here. Where they conflict with this page, this page governs for the Gatherer program only.
