You may have heard his name, you may have heard stories about one of his endless amazing accomplishments. Or, you may have never heard of him in your life. Either way, After going through some of the information below, I promise you will find yourself saying "WOW".
Wim Hof a.k.a The Iceman is a Dutch wellness guru, athlete, and influencer known for his ability to withstand freezing temperatures. He has set Guinness World Records for swimming under ice and prolonged full-body contact with ice, and still holds the record for a barefoot half marathon on ice and snow. Apart from these amazing feats, he is also well known for his breathing and mindset methods that have been shown to produce unbelievable results. His methods lean heavily on Sauna and Cold Plunge.
